1. How can I track my order?
If your tracking number begins with 4PX, YT, or YE, please track it here: www.17track.net
If your tracking number begins with SF, please track it here: https://www.sf-international.com/cn/en/support/querySupport/waybill
For sea freight shipments, please contact us to track your order.
2.Production and delivery time
Production takes about 3 working days. Express delivery usually takes 7–15 days, depending on the customs clearance speed of each country.
3.What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All orders are shipped with insurance. If your order gets stuck in customs, returned, or lost during delivery, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking whenever possible.
RETURE AND EXCHANGE
1. Return and exchange policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days.
For non-quality issues, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the issue is due to product defects or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
